On June 20, 2007, Peter Smith of Studio M has closed on the purchase of 314 Industrial Park Drive near the High Tech Center. This 12,000 building will feature Office Suites with Warehouse Space to assist in servicing local contractors with their business operational needs. The packages that Peter Smith is putting together for his tenants are all inclusive – including: Secretarial & phone answering service, Private Office, Shared Conference Room, Power, Internet, Copy & Fax Service as well as 24 hour security and monitoring service.
Rates are based on a weekly rate and vary depending on the chosen office and warehouse section.
Peter Smith states: “The way we are structuring our suites allows contractors to better service new and existing clients. For less than the cost of a secretary, small businesses will have their office plus approximately 1000 SF of secure warehouse, their phones answered, documents prepared, shipments received and much more.
